Is sex safe during coronavirus epidemic?

Alix Fox: It's not fair to assume that if you have a few symptoms in your body, it won't hurt your partner. Stay away from symptoms when symptoms occur.

Would it be okay to have a relationship with a new partner?

Dr. Alex: At this time, I would not advise anyone to have a new sexual partner. Because the risk of getting infected with the virus is high.

I recently kissed someone who has had coronavirus symptoms later on. What do I do now?

Dr. Alex: If you see that you kissed or came in contact with someone who has been found to have symptoms later on in the body, you quickly isolate yourself. Then look at your body as well. If you notice that your body also has symptoms, be careful.

Alix Fox: We have to be responsible for ourselves and for each other. If you have a symptom on your body and if you have recently kissed someone, you should tell them your symptoms. In the same way if you are kissing someone whose body has symptoms later on, you should know that you are isolating yourself from others.
